Iora Health was a “new entrant” venture-capital backed healthcare system that delivered a unique model of team-based primary care to patients in seven states. As a capitated organization, Iora assumed financial responsibility for the spectrum of healthcare services. Iora was sold to One Medical (ONEM) in 2021, and One/ Iora were sold to Amazon in 2022.

A majority of patients (75% of revenue) are under capitated risk contracts with delegated medical management.
